Ian is making really good progress in the rehab center. He's so much more awake than he was when he came and really seems like he's able to do everything that's being asked of him.
Tonight I asked Ian how he thinks this trial has changed our relationship. His answer: "I love you more." I don't think I could ask for much more than.

I don't normally post on blogs, but I heard your conversation today on the radio and just wanted to say Thank you for sharing it with all of us. May the Lord continue to keep his hand upon you both and your families. I've been married 10 years, and its not easy every day, and listening to your experiences today reminded me that I do truly Love my Husband and that even though he drives me crazy sometimes, as they sometimes do, I must remind myself that I would do it all again.
Love & Prayers

I was struggling with my own marriage and felt like I had reached a point of breaking in two. I heard Larissa on the radio and was moved. Not by her devotion or willingness to stick out in such a challenging time but her HONESTY. She admitted to being harsh and selfish and a sinner. But I heard her conviction in Christ and remembered what I had forgotten. Christ brought me into my marriage and he stood with us on the day we were joined. We are covered and blessed by Him and because of that there will always be a new day. Thank you Larissa for being the voice of the Lord for me. I pray for you and Ian to have a happy and long life together.
Larissa - wow. You did a great great job on the radio program.
Such a privilege to know you two.

Ian & Lorissa,
Your love and faith to our Lord and each other is refreshing and encouraging to so many. I listened in tears of your faith and strength as you work together on Ian's recovery. You are so blessed to have each other and the opportunity to share each day together. I am so excited for your wedding and was once again flooded with tears and memories as August 28th is my brother's birthday who recently was involved in an auto accident, brain trama, surgery, ICU, special moments and days spent together before he departed to be with our heavenly father. Cherish each day together, you are in my prayers for continued strength on your road to recovery.
We were encouraged to hear the news that Ian is alert and making progress. We continue to pray for Ian and his family each day. Thank you God for revealing your presence through Ian and Larissa.
