He Speaks

I've been waiting more than two years to write this post. I've pictured the title in my head so many times......

Ian spoke. He said his name last night. And he said it again twice today..........

"For it is you who light my lamp;
the Lord my God lightens my darkness.
For by you I can run against a troop,
and by my God I can leap over a wall.
This God—his way is perfect;
the word of the Lord proves true"

I am floored.

Praying that this is one word of many...

Larissa

I have goose bumps. So happy! This is a wonderful step. I know the progress seems so slow, but as you've shown, there is progress going on in hearts (not just Ian's and yours, but many people) all the time. It is so encouraging to see the outward progress though! Praising God with you.

God is soooo good! I'm so thankful that God is giving what you need when you need it the most, Larissa. You and Ian share such a powerful and life changing love. Many lives are being changed because of your example of faithfulness & commitment to each other. When your Mom shared the news in church this AM, there were cheers and loud applause for what God is doing through Ian.
Much love and we're waiting expectantly with both of you.

His timing is utterly perfect!

It is amazing and crazy that one word spoken by Ian, a man whose life was spoken into existance by God, now renders me without adequate words to give Him, the Healer, honour.

Halleleujah just doesn't seem enough!
