"Ian, give me a long blink if you're ready to be healed."

He gave me a nice, long blink. That's encouragement for me to keep praying hard.

I'm ready for Ian to be healed too. I will keep going before the throne praying... for as long as it takes.

Larissa... remember you have an open invitation here anytime...

Praying regularly -- we are encouraged by all the reports of small advances, and Ian's desire to be healed. God is able.

WE agree with Ian too. Can't wait for God to move more and soon to bring Ian back. Got to visit with Beth A. and she told me some stories of her visits with you and with Ian. So good to hear. Love you, Gigi

My church small group made up of 13-14 year olds has been keeping up with the news of Ian, and we have been praying every day. We pray together when we meet, and hope he gets well soon. Keep strong in your faith, and God will heal him.

I heard of Ian and the accident just days after it happened. My church AND I have been praying, faithfully, since and WILL CONTINUALLY pray that soon Ian will be healed! In God's good time. Rene and the Latrobe UP Church

Wanted you to know that we are praying and that we are ever encouraged by your blog. Thanks for sharing your heart! We are amazed at what our God is doing!

Also, we watched "Drowning Melville" the other night from start to finish and laughed so hard. We don't know Ian or Dave, but we sure would like to know them after watching that masterpiece!

Little did I know when I heard of Ian right after the accident, how God would use Ian's family and Larissa's faith to prepare us for own trial that would come months later. Your faith in God has been a balm to my soul and has so honored your God. My son is a videographer and dear friend of the Altrogge's so Ian is like another "son" in that respect. We pray and will not stop praying daily for him. Please sense the Lord's pleasure in how you have all honored him through this trial. We serve an amazing God and He hears the prayers of his people.
